False Advertising

My dad passed away and we were traveling from Johannesburg on the 12th of March 2024. Went on the Agoda website to do my booking, found a very reasonable accomadation called 'Comrades Oasis' which included breakfast as per the website of Agoda. Checked in at 21h30 and had a shock of our lives. Pictures was nothing of what Agoda had on their website, was not clean, bathroom had no door, and to make matters worst the lady said they do not offer breakfast. I had called the owner explaining to him our dis satisfaction with the accomadation, started arguing that we had booked for 6 people and he is doing me a favor by giving me a room and argues that they do not give breakfast, I told him that what was advertised, he got frustrated with me and said I can just leave he will refund me my money. I explained to him at 21H30 in the night where am I going to find another place to stay. However we did leave and thank God we did find accomadation, the lady at this new place told me we were not the first people complaining about Comrades Oasis, many people have viewed their dis satisfaction but nothing gets done about it. I have called Agoda saying they have false advertising and explained to them what had happened. They sent me an email saying they cannot refund me as it was a non refundable booking and they cannot get hold of the owner which was a blatant lie, like really even after you have being caught advertising falsely. Tried contacting the owner myself but he reused taking my calls or replying to me. I want my money back
