Extremely poor Singapore travel agency

I was charged for two people although I am alone and no request was made for 2 people and no second name given. Trying to contact these ********* is an exercise in futility. I would strongly advise any sane person to stay away for them. When I tried to engage with them they just threatened me that if I cancelled later than 15 days prior to my stay I would forfeit my money. Beware these are predatory *******s.
