Dont use agoda, they de***** their clients

We booked through agoda, we selected the the option of a room with breakfast. we received the literary without breakfast. Agoda accused us of selecting the option without breakfast. They then say we must give them screen shots of what we booked. Since this was a second booking we learnt from experience to take screen shots. They then said we must pay for breakfast and send invoices. They also claimed our breakfast on the screen was an error yet we chose a room with breakfast. We cannot trust they would pay as this was a second bad experience. I recommend use hotels.com or bookings but twice bad experience and I think its intention for agoda to de***** their clients. The other name they use is Priceline and service is bad.
