I booked with them to check in on 31 August 2024 to stay at Red Apple Guest House with Booking ID: *** - when we arrived there we were told the rooms are full. An arrogant Nigerian owner told me to go claim my money from Agoda.com

Had to threaten them by saying I'll vandalize their property and smash the windows for the owner to finally send someone to refund me with hardcash!!!

Again, DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY and MAKE PAYMENTS ONLINE
