Do not use Agoda.com

Do not use this website to book for accomodation. Recently we went to Taiwan and used them for the 1st time, the hotel they sold was terrible and forced us to check out soon after we checked in. Agoda was notified immediately and we were told to book another accomodation passed 10pm in the evening and that they would assist with refund. Days down the line after number of follow up they saud nothing they can do as hotel didnt want to refund. We paid Agoda and ended paid paying double for one night accomodation. Do not use them, they and the hotel collude in cheating people money.
