Do Not trust your banking detail with AGODA or ABSA

I made a reservation with AGODA for accommodation recently. When we arrived there, we discovered this place was really unsuitable for our use. I immediately notified the owner who said I should contact AGODA as they had received my R2079-00. He also made no bones about it that he wasnt interested in sorted my problem. However when I arrived home after this break, only to discover that AGODA had deducted this amount from my credit card. In the meantime I got hold of ABSA, my bankers, they were equally disinterested to reversing my cash. Now I do not know which steps to take to recover my cash.
