Do not book with Agoda

Do not book with Agoda. They decided to cancel our booking as they wanted to get copies of my credit card and ID. I did provide an ID and screenshot of my virtual credit card that I use for any online purchases. They did not accept my card and didn't allow me to change the card either. They wanted me to cancel the booking and rebook with a higher price. Their support has been useless and the whole operation smells like a ****. Will never look there again.
