Disgusting service

Shocking experience with Agoda.Booked accommodation through them in milnerton. The place was disgusting, ******* over flowing in the bin. Mattress torn , hair in the shower … The list goes on

To date the saying the working on resolving the matter… I don’t understand, I complained to the manager David and he said to take it up with them because he hadn’t received any money yet.

I want my refund , this whole experience has cost me a lot of money. I had to find alternative accommodation that was 3x the price
