Complaint about the royal guest house booked through agoda

It is my worst experience i have got on 12 August,2021 after i booked a room for 1 night with R585 at The Royal guest house in Port Alfred through agoda. When i arrived there, a black guy claimed himself as the boss first complained i completed the booking only 10minutes ago, he wasn't't supposed to accommodate me unless the booking should take 30 minutes to go. Then he continued with talking about charging me extra R585, bcs the booking form was for 1 person, and we showed up with 2.i was confused, i made it for 2 people, why it turned up 1 on his side.i showed him my cellphone to prove it, but he insisted the extra payment, otherwise i had to cancel the booking.when i asked him if he was able to manage the cancelation on his computer, he refused.he said to me where i made the booking go back there for the cancelation.moreworse, he chased me out of the guest house, i was not allowed to do the cancelation inside his place.when i went out, i tried to call the customer service, not went through.i tried to manage the booking, the result always came saying i am not allowed to do the online cancelation.how bad they are! Both agoda and the royal guest house cheating. I required the full refund, uptill now i haven't receive the response from the them yet.
