CANCELLED BOOKING- NO REFUND AS PROMISED

Booked a hotel in December. Right after paying I received an email from Agoda stating that the booking couldn’t be completed and I would get a refund within 30 days. After the 30 days, to no surprise, I didn’t receive my refund. After hundreds of emails they finally recognised that they owe me a refund and promised to pay out. After many links and emails and more than 2 months later I have still not received my refund. Agoda is not a trustworthy site and should not be trusted.
