Booked with Agoda and was denied entry!

I booked and paid using the Agoda website for the Eco Park Lodge Hotel in Centurion. I was denied entry and forced to pay again for the three rooms I booked and paid for. The Hotel informed me that they do not work with Agoda! what a ****.
