Big ****mers

I made a booking and paid online for a one night hotel stay via Agoda.com and when I got to the hotel, they told me that they couldn't find my booking in the system. After waiting over 2 hours on the phone with Agoda they told me they couldn't refund me however can only do a agoda cash thing, which gives me no access to the money I paid. I was left stranded and forced to pay more money for a hotel booking. Very unreliable and seems like a ****. Please return my money back into my card.
