Beware of booking with Agoda

I made a booking that had free cancelation They deducted the payment from my credit card I made the cancellation in time, and the free cancellation was confirmed they told me the refund will be made within 30 days, which has now passed, 2 weeks ago Im now getting the run around, saying the hotel deducted it and i must email them , and asking for the same info This is now ridiculous!!
