Bad customer service !

I booked an accommodation for 16th & 17th December two separate bookings were made upon arrival air-conditioning was not working therefore management allowed a full refund which was to be processed within 14 days I received only one night refunded and the second still has not come through nor have I received any feedback from Agoda despite the hotel confirming the amount refunded.
