Avoid Agoda - they triple debit credit cards

Dont use Agoda.com they are ******! I was trying to make a booking for accommodation and kept on receiving system errors on their website, mean while the transaction had debited my credit card 3 times while i was still receiving error messages, booking could not be made, duplicate booking. They want a copy of the error message to look into it, otherwise no refund. i cannot access the error message without inserting my credit card details again. They NO Help!
