Agoda’s **** - false advertising as well!!!!

My husband and I booked on Agoda to stay at the Park Inn by Radisson in Cape Town. Paid and even got our booking confirmation saying we are booked to stay at the Park Inn By Radisson.

What a joke. We actually staying at something called Neighbourgood!!!! There is no Park Inn!!!!! It’s the most craziest place. The standards are not close to Radisson Hotel. This place is like self catering lodge!!!!!!

Now we can’t even get a refund!!!!

Terrible and no one cares to help at Agoda.

Don’t ever use Agoda again!!!!
