Agoda.com Terrible service

Please be careful when making a booking in Agoda.com. They do not GIVE refunds. How ridiculous is that. You go to all the trouble to cancel your booking then don’t receive your money back. What’s worse is trying to get hold of them to discuss the matter.when you finally do get hold of someone’s They have foreigners who don’t speak English so no luck there. Please be careful yiu will lose your money and never hear from them again !!!
