AGODA.COM ****MED ME

I booked via their website for Golden Gate Hotel and I received a ref number and was told I will receive confirmation after 720min. I then received an email saying cancellation was successful and I never cancelled. They deducted from my account R1271.47. it then reads nonrefundable for cancellation. I never canceled. I need my money back urgently
