Agoda.com never to be used

I made a booking through Agoda.com for accommodation for a wedding. I wanted to book in, just to hear that the Lodge cancelled their booking reservations with Agoda.com more than a year ago. I had no booking at the Lodge and no accommodation for the weekend. The owner of the Lodge sent me all communication with Agoda.com for their contract cancellation. I phoned Agoda.com and an agent was supposed to phone me back for the confusion and refund in 10 minutes time. They never phoned back. I had to look for new accommodation for the weekend and was totally out of pocket for the weekend. The next day I phoned Agoda.com again and they wanted to know if they must get me alternative accommodation, but I already had to make my own arrangements. They said that refund will be in 30 days plus an inconvenience compensation. I received an email for the refund, without an inconvenience compensation and will be paid in 30 days. I asked them why this Lodge is still on their website and they denied the cancellation of the booking contract with the Lodge, although I received all communication from the owner of the Lodge. Huge crisis for my daughter and myself in finding accommodation for a wedding within 2 hours plus paying for accommodation again after having a strict budget. I will never use Agoda.com again and will not recommend them to anyone.
