Agoda.com let you sleep on the street

I've book accommodation through Agoda for Lodge 96 in Oudshoorn. by the time we arrive after ****m's drive. the owner did not know about the reservation, then the owner could not refund us or give alternative accommodation. we arrived there 18:30 I've called Agoda.com for alternative accommodation the consultant was suppose to call me back within 30 - 60 minutes no no feedback. I had to call them back it was getting late by 21:00 I called them back with no luck. we had to sleep in our car at a garage with no bath facility available. I've had the most important meeting the morning. Agoda inform me that they will give 1 night’s additional value of USD 25.66 AgodaCash as a token of our apology. That amount does not make up for the trauma they put me through and I didn't received any refund as of yet I will not leave it here this is really unacceptable will take it further
