Agoda.com is not to be trusted

We had to cancel our trip from South Africa due to Covid travel restrictions and both Argentina Style View Hotel, Rome & Agoda refused to give us a Credit. We didn't expect a refund but just a voucher so we could come at a later stage. They are both ******* and will never use either again. Out of six hotels we were booked into during our travels, they were the only ones not prepared to help. The other 5 hotels that were booked though Bookings.com gave us Credits
