Agoda.com is a **** company

I got ****med by agoda.com and still fighting to get my money back. First they advertised a place in Cape Town for 29 Dec to7 Jan and took my credit card details. 3 days later they send mean email saying booking cancelled and expired and yet debuted credit card R23,805,49. I was diagnosed moderate and booked another apartment for my family through them which they confirmed as available and booked under me in Blouberg. I then arrived in Cape Town and called the number provided and the person who answered told me the place is not available and that Agoda was told 2 years ago to **** it off. Agoda bad debited another R22,800 from my credit card for property that was never going to be available. I have sent endless queries and they have not resolved the issue not refunded me. Properties advertised were cormorant apartment at Dolphin crest villa 4 Woodford Avenue Camps Bay Cape Town South Africa 8040 -and B8 Monte Blu, 56 Coral Rd, Table View, Cape Town, South Africarrspectovely.

Agoda is running a serious **** and must be brought to book and their merchant licence revoked.
