Agoda.Com is a ****!

So I made a booking on the 2nd of July for the 7th of July at @TheBirdNest Only to be disappointed.Got there with my friend and was told they no longer take bookings I should talk to Agoda.com.That means my day has been ruined and cancelled cause I didn’t have money to make another booking,We called Agoda.Com they said they will cancel my booking and refund me but it takes up to 30 working days .I WANT MY MONEY !!!! Yesterday I had to transport myself with R500 going up and down for nothing will they pay me back that money ? I wasted R1000 preparations buying food now I must go back home with it ? I think these people tried to **** me ! I want to make another booking so I WANT MY MONEY BACK PLEASE
