AGODA.COM **********!!!

After 10 phone calls, with 10 different people for the past 3 days still no-one is willing to assist with my booking amendment to Sun City. All i can do now is make sure our South Africans dont attempt to make any bookings through this international website because they are clearly here to make a mockery of us. I made a booking through this very unpleasant company, i needed to change the booking dates as their system did not prompt me to check the final dates before making payment. I immedialty noticed that the date was incorrect and contacted them to amend it to one day earlier. They kept rejecting my request. I called Sun City Cabanas hotel and they informed me that the definitley can make the change and they have availability, but seeing that the request was made through agoda.com they need to be the ones to request the change. Yet, to this day, agoda still refuses to make the change even though we offered to pay an additional amount to make this change...THIS IS ***** TO ME!!!!. DO NOT MAKE ANY BOOKINGS THROUGH AGODA.COM YOU WILL HAVE MORE STRESS AND HASSELS. booking ***
