Agoda.com are ******. Do NOT book via them

Bad bad company their service should be canceled. They keep on deducting from my account when I paid them fully before going to the hotel. Can someone please Pease help with their email address. The one I have doesn't go through. I'm so hurt. Clearly these people are ****** because how do you keep on deducting from people's accounts when your records show they paid in full.
