Agoda will leave you stranded on the streets

I'm so frustrated and angry at the existence of this company. I made a booking of R1200+ and when I called the accommodation, they had no idea who I was, and claimed that they didn't receive any payment from Agoda. Today, I'm supposed to be heading to the place that I've booked, and I'm stranded because of Agoda.

The guy at this guest lodge was also rude, but I figure it's from the frustration that comes with the chaos and **** that is Agoda. Please pay me back my money! By Midday. I don't even know this place I'm at. This is not fair.
