AGODA - UNFAIR! CHEATING! ROBBING! ROGUES!

I understand the "no cancellation" policy, BUT not when its human error. When I made my booking I mistakenly chose a wrong hotel, quickly realized within an hour that I didnt like it and requested cancellation. I asked to be refunded, and the agent I chatted to sounded like they understood and were going to waver the "non cancellation policy" as I was still to use their site to rectify my mistake and book the right hotel. THAT WAS ON THE 12TH SEPT. I'VE HEARD NOTHING FROM AGODA! Its day light *******, and very unfair!
