Agoda takes their commission but does not pay establishment

Agoda have taken commission for a booking from 31 Dec 2021 but we still have not received payment from the guest. Phoning them does not help. Emailing them does not help. They simply reply n email to go to YCS. YCS help does not load the page. This is absolutely unacceptable from an OTA !!!
