Agoda Takes Money Not Due to them.

The website changed booking date for a future date without highlighting new available date. Full monies were paid over but on arrival at the hotel - Royal Palm, Umhlanga- we were told that the booking was for the following month. We immediately cancelled the booking with Agoda but have since not received a refund from them as they 'cannot' get hold of the hotel to confirm the cancellation with them. Huge ****sters as we can contact the hotel at any time. This incident took place in February 2024. Please make use of their website at your own risk.
