Agoda *****s your money!

Good day, My husband by mistake cancelled our booking, while he just wanted to enquire on cancellation. We contacted them immediately to resolve this, but they just said they can’t find the booking, so sorry, it can’t get reinstated. When I phoned the hotel before the whole mess, the hotel couldn’t even find us booked with them. I don’t know if they ever did the booking in the first place. How convenient for them to not find the booking, yet be paid almost R4000 for it. This is *****ing!
