Agoda Service Rocks !

Towards end of 2019 We planned a dream USA Harley Davidson motorcycle holiday. We booked and paid all our accommodation through Agoda and Expedia. During the end of April 2020 we realized that the holiday will not take place as we will not be able to fly out of South Africa. We realized that some of the bookings were the cheapest rate without any cancellation option. To our surprise the Agoda staff were very accommodating, rep**** promptly to our email and said we should receive our refund within the next 3 months. Great we’re our surprise when I received the refund within 2 weeks in my credit card account. I salute their customer service and will always use their services.
