**********. I have booked on Agoda.com com for 24 Sept, paid and got a booking confirmation for an establishment. I called the establishment to ask about game drives and dinners, only to be told they have never heard of Agoda, have no booking from me and are fully booked already on that date. The bank is unable to reverse the credit card payment although pending. They booking has come back as no cancellation fee app**** and the full amount is paid and can not be cancelled but there is no such booking at the establishment.
