Agoda ****

My friend and I booked a guest house (African lodge) in Bloemfontein on 01-02 January 2022 through Agoda bookings. Payments were made on time and all was in order until we reached the guesthouse for checking. Upon our arrival, we were told by the security company that the guesthouse is not functioning/operating since 2018 till date. We tried to contact the agency call center with no luck, phoned my bank to log a transactional dispute and my banker told me that they cant see the transection my friend even confirmed with his bank as well and nothing was traceable on his bank statement. Agoda is a ****, all we want is our refund as they make us book a place that is closed
