Agoda refusing to refund my deposit

Got an offer for Durban for 25 January 2023 to 30 January 2023. Freeze the offer. Made a deposit required. Wanted to pay balance before deadline, I was told that offer could not be honoured. Asked for refund of deposit, refund button not available on web page. As per Agoda t&c's, I contacted their support to get refunded. They constantly stating that they will contact me after 2 days which they don't. I managed to go to Durban, come back. It is now the 3rd week that my deposit has been refunded. I need my deposit otherwise I will hunt until done.
