Agoda Promotes false advertising

Agoda promotes false advertising. I queried about accommodation that I booked for Bolto Cosmopolitan and they are repeatedly telling me that the owner will not refund me because the transaction is non refundable. My issue is that Agoda who is the middle man should be a trusted source. What type of verification checks are they doing to ensure the validity of the properties that they advertise for? I refuse to stay at a location that tells me they reside near the famous fine dining restaurant Marble yet they are on 12 baker Street which is according to the owner of the accommodation and not the advertised location. In addition the reviews complain about hygiene conditions at this place. Unfortunately I only managed to perform my own investigation of this place to find that it doesn't exist at the location for which it is advertising for. I will not leave this matter
