Agoda ~ please don't use in South Africa!

Absolutely pathetic service! I would recommend anyone looking to book accommodation in South Africa not to use them. I booked a hotel for 3 nights in France and then wanted to extend my stay by 1 night. I incorrectly booked a night for the wrong night. 2 hours later I contacted Agoda to rectify the 1 nights accommodation to the following night. It's been 1 week and I have received mixed messages from them and no refund. I even contacted the hotel who were very understanding and sent me an email stating they would be more than happy to refund my money in order for me to book for the following night. This email was sent to Agoda and still no refund. It's disgusting how they teat customers...
