Agoda is the worst company to book with!

I had a terrible experience with this company. I had booked a trip to Durban with a few ladies before the lockdown,we had to then postpone our trip and I received “AgodaCash” from the company because we weren’t going anymore. Now that the lockdown is over,I wanted to use the “AgodaCash”,but each time I try to it requires my banking details,meaning that I have to pay for the trip again even though we never went and I never got a chance to even use this “AgodaCash”. I am highly disappointed because I have the responsibility to break this down to other ladies who paid for the trip,we all have to deal with the fact that our money has gone to total waste...I will never,ever book with Agoda and I don’t recommend it to anyone else.
