Agoda is the worst booking agency ever

We made a booking to stay at the Oubaai Hotel golf and spa. We contacted them a few days later because my daughters netball tour was cancelled and they refused to even partially refund us our money. I phoned the hotel and the hotel said they cant do anything because agoda made the booking and agoda says they cant do anything because the booking partner gave instructions. DONT USE THESE PEOPLE !!! Things happen and you cant control it and ieven though the cancellation eas done more than a month in advance , they refuse your refund. when I asked then to then reinstate my booking they also did not want to do that. These guys only want your money
