Agoda is the WORST

because 0 stars is not an option. I booked 3 rooms from the 25th to the 29th of December in Zanzibar. Agoda confirmed this booking on the 12th of August and on the 3rd of December the hotel Ocean Bliss Resort in Zanzibar said between them and Agoda they messed up and cannot give me 3 rooms. They were *********** enough to say I can have the 3rd room at another time depending on availability, because it is everyday I am able to travel from South Africa to Zanzibar. Agoda has done nothing to help. You want a reliable booking company? Use Booking.com, i say this as a VIP Agoda client, they are absolutely useless
