Agoda is impossible to contact.

I booked a trip on booking.com with booking.basic which on my confirmation email indicated that the booking was made by the third party Agoda.

I am now trying to change my booking however it is impossible to contact Agoda if you dont have an Agoda confirmation number as all of their custom service options require this. The confirmation number I have is from booking.com and does not work, nor can booking.com help me.

It would be super useful if Agoda and a contact that did not require the booking code as I am not stuck and unable to move my trip?
