Agoda is a **** for accommodation!

I made a booking through Agoda for Little Forest in Bronkhorstpruit only to get to the accommodation I had no booking and they mentioned that their not even registered on Agoda. I made full payment and seek my refund. I want my refund and their website is so user unfriendly!
