Agoda is a ****

I found out that Agoda is just a **** and a big one: on the site they showed a price (around 50$ per night) for a 3-stars hotel in Mexico that I booked on the 1st October (and it was fully refundable within one week ) for 3 nights from the 25th October, but when I paid the price was nearly 10 times higher! (500$ per night), I cancelled the booking immediatly, but the booking was not anymore refundable. If it was a mistake in converting the currency I expected a full refund and an apology, but Agoda Customer Service just refused.
