I had the worst experience through one of the hotels you have listed on the website. The booking was made for my partner and when we got there. The harbouredge hotel had no keys for my room and my booking was not fulfilled. I had to use more money to pay for a hotel at another place due to this inconvenience. You guys have the audacity to send me a completed stay confirmation but I ddnt even check in at the hotel. I would like to get my refund and I can’t manage to find the complaints department
