AGODA ********** AND *****S

Used this company to book accommodation in Capetown only to arrive at the property and be told that 1. They are fully booked and wanted to rake me too a sister company (safety red flags) 2. I have to pay again because they didn't receive payment from Agoda and that I should contact them directly. I immediately canceled my booking at the property and tried with success to get hold of Agoda. Eventually got hold of the the next day trying to claim my money back,only to be told that they still need to confirm with the property first if I indeed cancel. As it seems,I will be getting the run around as they are claiming to being unable to get hold of the property.
