Agoda False Advertising

I made a booking through the Agoda app 2 weeks ago. The room clearly stated Lagoon Room in Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and Spa. This was by far the cheapest quote I got so I booked it and paid.

The reservation was then confirmed and all was good until I decided to verify with the hotel itself. They said the Travel Agent, being Agoda had booked a normal garden room. There is a distinct difference at the hotel for these rooms and it all made sense why Agoda was cheaper. My complaint is that this is falsely advertised. I tried to contact them through emails, facebook and the call centre. No joy from any of these. DO NOT BOOK WITH AGODA. Chances are it is falsely advertised and you might get put into the wrong rooms. Thankfully the Hotel is one of the best in Bali and they have changed the room type to Lagoon for me but with an extra cost.
