Agoda experience

Im disgusted with Agoda and Booking.com, no response even from booking.com, I made a booking two months in advance for a place in Ballito, yes I was well aware it was a non refundable booking, I was planning on going for sure and didnt want to lose this good deal. But I got a job offer and have to move to a different town over the same time that I booked for, its an emergency, its not that I just cancelled for no good reason, im a single struggling parent and would just like atleast a part of my money back and they simply refuse, I think its horrible il never use them again sies man after all the years I've booked through them.
