Agoda does not respond is extremely unprofessional. A ROBOTIC SYSTEM!

I booked accommodation for my arrival in Cape Town. When looking at the confirmationt he dates was incorrect. To no avail did they respond to my messages. The hote was even more unsympathetic. I had to find alternate accommodation otherwise I would have been stranded. My hard earned money will be lost as I cannot change the current date to a later date either and should I cancel i lose 60% of MY MONEY. I will never refer AGODA AND I am disgusted in the customer service received
