AGODA Disappointment - Not Professional

On the 19th of January 2024 I had booked an overnight accommodation through AGODA. I had selected the following facility which was fully paid : HOLIDAY HOUSE ON THE BEACH - 8 Ashwell Road Durban. Sad to say that the facility did not acknowledge the booking even though full payment was made. I tried making contact several times to AGODA and the facility - no response. Could not gain access to the facility on the day of the booking and had to drive to Gauteng due to this huge disappointment. AGODA did not help in any way event after several attempts - nor did the facility - very disappointed. I think I am entitled for a full refund.
