Agoda. Com are ****s and ****mers with disgusting customer service

Agoda. Com is ************* with disgusting customer service. Agoda Booking ID ***. Lost R1560. Refused to give refund or change date **** they contacted Road lodge Summerdstrand PE and said host refused cancelation. Not true as manager at hotel sent many emails to Agoda to support cancelation as I made an error with date. Was supposed to be 21-22 Dec 2025 nstead of 4_5 Jan 2026. . Tried to change 5 min after. Did not allow. Says no cancelation, no refund. Numerous emails sent and foreign call Centre agent agents are useless in dealing with queries. So disappointed. Should have gone on booking.com. En route to Cape Town after 22 years in a strict budget and didn't expect this from Agoda altbough my request was made almost 13 days from mistaken date. I don't have that kind of money to just throw away. Filled in their satisfaction survey but they are not interested. Too much money being made by ****ming and lying to unsuspecting customers. Plse don't book with them even if their prices are slightly cheaper. You will regret it.
