Agoda changed booking after payment

Beware when booking online as you do not always get what you've paid for...

I booked the Royal Suite at Kedar Heritage Lodge Conference Centre and Spa in Rustenburg, RSA, via Agoda and I received confirmation from Agoda after I made the payment, confirming our reservation of the Royal Suite at Kedar Heritage Lodge Conference Centre and Spa.

Problem however is that Kedar Heritage Lodge Conference Centre and Spa will not honor my booking for a Royal Suite and my booking was conveniently changed to another suite. Kedar Heritage Lodge blaming Agoda, Agoda not standing by what was confirmed, black on white, and me, having made payment for a suite that was confirmed available, after payment was made, in a suite I did not consider.

Not fair but no use ****ing against thunder now is it...

Lets see if now I get a better response from either party
